・掲載商品はディスプレイの性質上、実際の色と異なって見える場合がございます。
・お申し込みが終了しても、入れ違いで商品が既に売り切れになっている場合がございます。その場合の注文は、キャンセルさせていただきます。
・入金確認後10日以内に発送します。
・販売価格は予告なしに変更になる場合がございます。

《International Shipments (Small)》

◆Please Note◆
Due to the impacts of Covid-19, it may be a while between the time your order is placed until
the order is delivered. Please also note that even if the package arrives in your country,
the customs process may take time (the situation differs in each country),
which may further delay delivery. Your understanding is appreciated.

【If ordering from outside of Japan】
・Accepted payment methods are “PayPal payment” and “direct bank transfer”.
・Transferring money internationally can take time to confirm. Customers are responsible for any bank transfer
fees.
・Shipping costs are separate from the price of products.
・Packages will be sent via EMS (International Express Mail Service). The shipment prices are as
follows: 1400 yen for Asia, 2000 yen for Oceania, North America, Central America, Middle East, 2200 for Europe,
2400 yen for South America, Africa.
・Items will be shipped within 10 days after payment is confirmed.
・The standard time for arrival of delivery from the time of shipment is approximately between 3-10 days.
・Please note that delivery may take even more time due to the following circumstances:
If it takes more time than usual to go through customs, if the delivery location is remote,
if the date of order/shipment/delivery is on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday,
or if the flight carrying the package is delayed or cancelled.
・We ask that customers confirm with their local authorities regarding import regulations
(whether packages can be accepted) in their home country.
・We ask that customers confirm the interest rates of import duties and related taxes in their home country.
・Refunds will not be given for orders that have been confirmed as shipped or orders not
received due to refusal to pay import duties on the part of the customer.
・There are some countries we do not ship to. Orders will be cancelled in such cases.
・The actual color of items may be different due to the nature of how published items are displayed.
・Even after an order is placed there may be cases where the item(s) are sold out.
The order will be cancelled in such cases.
・For international shipments, transactions are considered to be completed once the order is shipped.
・After an order is shipped we will provide a tracking number.
